These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to all purchases made from the CurryOut range by Spices & Rices and should be read alongside our general Website Terms & Conditions.

1. About CurryOut

CurryOut is our range of freshly prepared, chilled meals, carefully produced using quality ingredients and delivered ready for you to heat and enjoy.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

* You are at least 18 years of age.
* The information provided is accurate and complete.
* You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

All orders are subject to acceptance, availability and payment authorisation.

3. Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value of £30 applies to all CurryOut purchases, excluding delivery charges where applicable.

Orders below this value cannot be processed.

4. Delivery Area

CurryOut deliveries are available to Mainland United Kingdom addresses only.

We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isles of Scilly, or international destinations.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before our advertised daily cut-off time will normally be dispatched for next working day delivery.

Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed during the next available production cycle.

We reserve the right to amend dispatch schedules during periods of high demand, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Delivery Terms

CurryOut products are delivered chilled using trusted third-party courier services.

Delivery dates and times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

A responsible adult must be present to accept delivery. As our products are perishable, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the expected delivery date.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect delivery information, restricted access or any circumstance outside our control, Spices & Rices accepts no liability for any reduction in product quality, spoilage or loss arising from the failed or delayed delivery.

Once the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.

7. Storage & Food Safety

Upon delivery, all CurryOut products must be refrigerated immediately.

Products should be stored in accordance with the instructions provided and consumed by the stated use-by date.

Suitable products may be frozen before the use-by date.

Failure to store products correctly may affect quality and food safety, for which Spices & Rices cannot accept responsibility.

8. Allergens

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles a variety of allergens, including:

* Wheat (Gluten)
* Peanuts
* Tree Nuts
* Mustard
* Sesame

* Soya
* Sulphites

While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee that products are free from traces of allergens.

Customers with food allergies or intolerances should review product information carefully and contact us before ordering if further advice is required.

9. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographs where possible.

Where appropriate, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, refund or store credit.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spices & Rices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of CurryOut products.

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products concerned.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you are entitled to under applicable UK consumer law.
